My name is Elijah Helm, and I am so honored to be a therapist. At a young age, I realized my passion was to help others achieve mental clarity. Life has a funny way of making us feel worthless, hopeless, less-than etc. Which is why my approach to therapy focuses on empowerment. For example, my favorite therapeutic approach is narrative therapy because its all about you (the one who matters most) and how your personal journey through life has expertly crafted the wonderful individual you are. Emphasizes on the word expert because no one knows you better than yourself.

If you allow me to be a part of your amazing journey to mental clarity, I will do everything in my power to make you feel accepted, appreciated, valued, safe, and most importantly free from your metaphorical chains.

My experience includes working with children who have autism as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT for short), working in an elementary school as a clinical aid, and working with adolescents who had a wide rand of mental challenges in a psychiatric ward.
