    Alexis M. Prunczik is an experienced mental health professional of five years. Ms. Prunczik is a graduate student who is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Previously, Ms. Prunczik held several professional roles over the years as a Direct Support Professional II within group homes and day programs, an Autism Support Specialist to assist individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum to improve daily life skills, a credentialed Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA) to support individuals who are diagnosed on the autism spectrum as well as other mental health conditions, and currently as an Employment Support Professional III to assist individuals with finding and maintaining competitive employment within the community.

    With this foundation, Ms. Prunczik states that it is with gratitude that she may implement her education and experience to provide a safe space with kindness to a multitude of diverse lives she may touch throughout her journey in the mental health field. Ms. Prunczik is passionate about putting the clients she works with first. Providing a genuine listening ear and offering the best care to provide
    healthy, loving, and fulfilling lives is a standard in addition to embracing diverse nature.Over the years, Ms. Prunczik is grateful to have been given the opportunity to help hundreds of families and their loved ones. Being able to witness the growth of every wonderful individual is forever uplifting.
